PDF-XChange Viewer is a great PDF-viewer full of useful features. It can display multiple PDF files within a tabbed interface and can even edit PDF files. The program can also be run as a portable application from pen drives and USB sticks.

Edit functions include rotate documents, add comments or annotations to PDF files, add watermarks to your PDFs from any image file on your hard drive or from the Windows clipboard, mark-up pages with text and objects and even edit the text in PDF files directly from within the PDF-XChange Viewer "Typewriter" mode.

The program can also convert your PDF documents to image files such as JPEGs, TIFFs, PNGs and Bitmaps or even directly to a TXT file for viewing, saving and editing in Windows Notepad.

Overall, a great program for a great price (free!) Some additional features PDF-XChanger Viewer includes are measuring tools, a snapshot tool and some additional goodies you'd not normally expect in a free program.
