Open Video Capture is video capture software which can record video snapshots from TV Tuner cards, digital cameras (like Sony, Canon and Nikon), Camcorders, Video Input, VHS and digital video. It uses varying audio and video compression codecs with option to set output framerates. Open Video Capture can set device properties and can preview and record video from webcams and other devices in real-time.

A fully featured webcam capture tool, it bundles in support for many video codecs like DivX, XviD, MKV, DV Video and more.
