IconPilot allows you to find and extract icons, create and edit icons, import and export icons and manage icon libraries. Using this software download you can create and edit icons with image formats in either standard or custom sizes, with color depths up to 32-bit True Color. Paint tools include: color replacer, color selector, spray can, pencil, brush, flood fill, text tool, line tool, rectangle, curve, ellipse, 3d frame and enhanced gradient and chess fill.
Aha-soft provides you with a WinZip/SevenZip Archive file. Installing from Zip files is easy and can usually be done by double clicking the EXE file in the archive with programs like WinZip or Seven Zip. Alternatively, you can extract the setup and installation files to a directory of your choice and run them from there.
