ASTRA, also known as the Advanced Sysinfo Tool and Reporting Assistant, is a PC hardware and system diagnostic software giving you an insight into an array of different aspects of your PC.
Start off with the hardware diagnostics section of this Advanced System Information Tool, you're able to check the health status of your hard drives, S.M.A.R.T., CD/DVD/Bluray drives and SCSI devices. It also checks your install memory modules, the system chipset and your BIOS.
The program is able to create advanced reports viewable in Microsoft Excel (or OpenOffice), HTML, XML and INI files.
The program also comes with some restore functions available by booting into Microsoft DOS.
Currently supported are Intel, AMD, Cyrix, VIA and several other processor and coprocessor types.
