Cooking Directions:
This is supposed to be something similar to the 'Eatmore' chocolate bar.
I haven't tried this recipe yet, but if anyone else has, do tell me how it turns out!
Prepare cookie sheet by tearing off aluminum foil longer than cookie sheet.
Run your hand under tap to wet it.
Then rub your hand over the inside of the bottom and sides of pan to dampen.
Center the foil over the pan.
Press it in place, pressing into the corners as well.
The damp pan makes the foil cling so it won't move around.
Steps:
1. Combine honey and chocolate chips in microwaveable dish.
Medium heat until melted.
Stir.
2. Add peanut butter.
Stir until smooth.:
3. Add peanuts.
Stir until well mixed.
Pour mixture down the center of prepared pan.
Spread mixture evenly to sides and corners.
Let the pan sit on the counter for several hours.
Put the pan in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes before cutting.
Enjoy!
