Nokia 6310i

The Nokia 6310i is a 2002 model mobile phone which is compatible with Rogers Wireless and Microcell Fido. It operates on the frequencies of GSM 900, GSM 1800, GSM 1900, For this phone to be able to operate on Rogers Wireless or Microcell Fido, if not purchased at the respective retailers, one must make sure this phone does not have a sim-lock and ensure it is unlocked. Additionally, if you are looking to use this cell phone on T-Mobile, AT&T or other USA GSM carriers, there may also be no carrier-specific sim-lock.. There is currently no 6310i user manual available. Although a search of the Nokia web site might yield some results. A firmware flash update is available from Nokia's web site in PDF format and new or replacement chargers are available at most stores featuring Nokia products in Canada including Wireless Source, Bell Mobility stores and Rogers Wireless locations. On top of sending messages, the Nokia 6310i is equipped with intelligent t9 typing, which allows you to easily type text messages without pressing each key upto 4 times for the correct letter.

The Nokia 6310i comes fully equipped with a WAP browser, and additionally an HTML browser for normal web page surfing.. including support for java.
