Nokia 2600

The Nokia 2600 is a 2004 model mobile phone which is compatible with European and Asian providers only. It operates on the frequencies of GSM 900, GSM 1800, . There is currently no 2600 user manual available. Although a search of the Nokia web site might yield some results. A firmware flash update is available from Nokia's web site in PDF format and new or replacement chargers are available at most stores featuring Nokia products in Canada including Wireless Source, Bell Mobility stores and Rogers Wireless locations. The 2600 review is a mobile produced by Nokia. Nokia Corporation is the most prolific maker of mobile phones and thus the world's largest telecommunications equipment manufacturer. With headquarters in Keilaniemi of Espoo, Finland, Nokia is best known for its range of mobile phones. 2600 Audio Playback

The Nokia 2600 does not come with an MP3 player. This phone comes with built in polyphonic ringtones, which means you can download simple MIDI files from the Internet and upload them through your phone, or simply download them via GRPS (if GRPS is built in). We do not recommend purchasing polyphonic ringtones from pay-per-use services such as television commercials, because the 2600 is capable of receiving them as MIDI files which are common on the Internet.

Nokia 2600 Messaging and Internet Capabilities

Nokia's 2600 is not capable of accessing the Internet, due to the limitations of GPRS access. Unfortunately, there is no MMS capability. On top of sending messages, the Nokia 2600 is equipped with intelligent t9 typing, which allows you to easily type text messages without pressing each key upto 4 times for the correct letter.

Connectivity and Interactivity

With the 2600, you can't really do much when connecting to other devices, since it's USB capabilities are limited to nill.
