Motorola Company Overview: Motorola started as Galvin Manufacturing Corporation in 1928. The name Motorola was adopted in 1947, but the word had been used as a trademark since the 1930s. Founder Paul Galvin came up with the name Motorola when his company started manufacturing car radios. A number of early companies making phonographs, radios, and other audio equipment in the early 20th century used the suffix "-ola", the most famous being Victrola; there was also a company that made jukeboxes called Rockola, and a film editing device called a Moviola.

Video and Picture Taking: The Motorola CD920 is not equipped with a camera or a video recording function.

Messaging and Internet: The Motorola CD920 is not capable of accessing the Internet, due to the limitations of GPRS access. Unfortunately, there is no MMS capability. On top of sending messages, the Motorola CD920 is equipped with intelligent t9 typing, which allows you to easily type text messages without pressing each key upto 4 times for the correct letter.

Connectivity and Interactivity: With the CD920, you can't really do much when connecting to other devices, since it's USB capabilities are limited to nill.
