Ericsson T66
The Ericsson T66 is a 2001 model mobile phone which is compatible with European and Asian providers only. It operates on the frequencies of GSM 900, GSM 1800, . There is currently no T66 user manual available. Although a search of the Ericsson web site might yield some results. A firmware flash update is available from Ericsson's web site in PDF format and new or replacement chargers are available at most stores featuring Ericsson products in Canada including Wireless Source, Bell Mobility stores and Rogers Wireless locations. Ericsson T66 Messaging and Internet Capabilities
Ericsson's T66 is capable of surfing the Internet with the built in browser of the phone. With this phone, you may also send MMS, or Multimedia Message Service. The phone is also able to use EMS, or Enhanced Message Service. On top of sending messages, the Ericsson T66 is equipped with intelligent t9 typing, which allows you to easily type text messages without pressing each key upto 4 times for the correct letter.
The Ericsson T66 comes fully equipped with a WAP browser, and additionally an HTML browser for normal web page surfing.. including support for java.
Connectivity and Interactivity
With the T66, you can't really do much when connecting to other devices, since it's USB capabilities are limited to nill.
