Ericsson Company Overview: Ericsson is a Swedish telecommunications equipment manufacturer, founded in 1876 as a telegraph equipment repair shop by Lars Magnus Ericsson. In the early 20th century, Ericsson dominated the world market for manual telephone exchanges but was late to introduce automatic equipment. The world's largest ever manual telephone exchange, serving 60,000 lines, was installed by Ericsson in Moscow in 1916. In the 1990s, Ericsson held a 35-40 percent market share of installed cellular telephone systems.
Audio Playback: The Ericsson T65 does not come with an MP3 player.
Video and Picture Taking: The Ericsson T65 is not equipped with a camera or a video recording function.
Messaging and Internet: The Ericsson T65 is capable of surfing the Internet with the built in browser of the phone. With this phone, you may also send MMS, or Multimedia Message Service. The phone is also able to use EMS, or Enhanced Message Service. On top of sending messages, the Ericsson T65 is equipped with intelligent t9 typing, which allows you to easily type text messages without pressing each key upto 4 times for the correct letter.
The Ericsson T65 comes fully equipped with a WAP browser, and additionally an HTML browser for normal web page surfing.. including support for java.
Connectivity and Interactivity: With the T65, you can't really do much when connecting to other devices, since it's USB capabilities are limited to nill.
